Dalit Einav Kidron serves as the Head of Business Development at Practical Innovation LTD since January 2023. Previously, Dalit held the position of Garden Furniture Category Manager and Business Development Manager at Keter, where responsibilities included driving sales and strategic planning for four European markets. As the Founder and Owner of My Piece Of Craft, Dalit established a successful textile workshops and e-commerce store. Dalit’s experience also includes serving as Business Development Manager at the Israel Export Institute, Category Manager at iConGroup, and Category Manager and Commercial Manager at Shilav. Dalit began the career as Key Account Manager at Ranex and as Head of Raw-Materials Quality Control Department at Bagir Group Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from The College of Management Academic Studies and a BS degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering from Shenkar.
