Gulam Rabbani has over seven years of professional experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Gulam began their career in 2014 as a Senior Technical Recruiter at DTSC, where they were responsible for screening resumes and matching them against technical requirements. In 2016, they joined ONS Interactive Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Team Lead and Senior Technical Recruiter, where they developed talent pools through creative sourcing techniques and handled a team of four people when the team lead was not available. In 2019, they joined Crox Consulting Inc as a Lead Recruiter, where they were responsible for driving and directing all recruitment efforts and processes for internal corporate hiring and contract staffing. Additionally, they were involved in the planning and strategic road mapping of the Crox RPO Inc Practice and managed a team of 8 Recruiters. In 2021, they joined Practical Logix as a Lead Recruiter and TekMonks as a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition.

Gulam Rabbani received their Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Motivational Pathway and their Master of Business Administration in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Jamia Millia Islamia between 2016 and 2018. In 2020, they obtained a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage.
