Matthew Holland

Matthew Holland began their career in 1998 as a Controller Trainee at Ferguson Enterprises. Matthew then joined Decipher, Inc. in the same year as Director of Operations and Financial Analyst. In 2005, they joined Practical Software Solutions as Director of Technical Services and MAS500 Implementation Specialist. In their role as Director of Technical Services, they were responsible for interfacing with external customers and internal resources to design, document and implement solutions to business issues. Matthew also managed technical resources, assigned work schedules, performed performance reviews, conducted project overview meetings and ensured delivery of functional requirements to customers. Additionally, they trained end users on ERP software and participated, documented and put together statements of work after conducting business analysis of complex ERP problems.

Matthew Holland began their educational journey at Barton College from 1994 to 1996, studying Finance. Matthew then transferred to Radford University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from 1996 to 1998. Matthew also holds multiple certifications from Sage, including Sage 500 ERP Application Consultant - Financials/Distribution, Sage 500 ERP Application Consultant - Manufacturing, Sage Fixed Assets Consultant, Sage HRMS Technical Consultant, Sage X3 Application Consultant - Financials, Sage X3 Application Consultant - Manufacturing, Sage X3 Application Consultant -Distribution, and Sage X3 Implementation Consultant - Standard.
