Steven Allred

Steven Allred is an accomplished executive coach currently at Practice Freedom U since July 2022, with a strong track record in leadership roles across the healthcare industry. As President of Preferred Therapy Providers, Inc. from May 2012 to September 2023, Steven managed operations and client relations for a network of 1,600 therapy clinics, overseeing a team of nine direct reports. Previous experience includes roles at Gentiva Health Services where as Vice President of Clinical Development, Steven increased market penetration for cardiac services significantly, and as National Assistant Vice President, achieved outstanding growth in neurological services. Steven has also held operational and managerial positions at Rehab Without Walls® NeuroSolutions and Premera Blue Cross, demonstrating expertise in network administration and healthcare delivery systems. Steven holds an MBA in Business Marketing from the UW Foster School of Business and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University.
