They have held significant roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Renal Services (UK) Limited, where they grew the business to 26 clinics and achieved 100% CQC compliance. As Managing Director at DaVita International, Kathy directed efforts to ensure patient safety and care during the COVID pandemic while simultaneously expanding services and securing new business contracts. Currently, they serve as Hospital Director at Practice Plus Group, continuing their commitment to person-centered care. Kathy is also pursuing advanced degrees in Health Services Management and Business Administration.
