Christopher Moore has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Starting in 1992, they worked as a PC Support Specialist and Helpdesk Coordinator at SUNY Cortland, where they provided IT assistance and coordinated user training. In 1996, they moved on to become a Helpdesk Technician at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University, eventually progressing to roles such as Application Support Technician, Senior System Administrator, and Manager of System Administration. Christopher effectively led a team of systems engineers and developed new methods for deploying and managing servers.
In 2015, Christopher joined Innovative Interfaces as the Manager of Technical Operations, overseeing server management and implementing cost-saving measures. Christopher then moved on to Navisite, where they served as a Virtualization Engineer and Product Owner, responsible for deploying and supporting software products in a cloud environment. In 2019, they became the Director of IT at Practice Resources, LLC, where they currently work.
Christopher Moore's education history includes several degrees and certifications. Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Management Systems from SUNY Empire State College, completing their studies between 2014 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended the State University of New York Cortland in 1991 to 1992, studying Engineering Physics. Christopher also obtained an AS degree in Math, Science, and Computers from Tompkins Cortland Community College between 1988 and 1990.
In addition to their formal education, Christopher has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they achieved the ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice and the SAFe 4.0 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. In 2016, they earned the ZCP Advanced and Zerto Certified Professional: Cloud certifications from Zerto. Furthermore, they hold the EMI Incident Command ICS 100 certification from FEMA, obtained in 2012, and the Adult CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross, obtained in 2015.
