Ugljesa Pantic

Ugljesa Pantic has extensive experience in software engineering. Ugljesa is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Practice, where they started in May 2021. Previously, they worked at Toptal as a Software Engineer from March 2017 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for building applications using React, Node.js, and other tools. Ugljesa also provided technical leadership and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.

Prior to their role at Toptal, Ugljesa worked at Zühlke Group as a Software Engineer from May 2015 to December 2016. Here, they designed and implemented mobile-first web applications and oversaw the development process for a portfolio management tool application. Ugljesa also visualized complex data sets using D3.

Ugljesa started their career as a Junior Software Engineer at Levi9 IT Services in May 2014. During their time there, they worked on the development of an enterprise service bus for the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Ugljesa also contributed to reducing runtime and improving code quality through code reviews and refactoring.

Ugljesa Pantic earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Mathematics, from 2010 to 2014.
