Alisa French started their work experience in 1995 as a Specialist in Physician and Hospital Relations at HealthLine Management. In this role, they recruited and contracted emergency department physicians and medical directors for multiple hospitals and managed staffing contracts. Alisa then worked at Legatus Emergency Services/Emergency Medical Care as a Director of Physician Development and Client Services from 1999 to 2000. Here, they recruited and contracted emergency department physicians and managed ten staffing contracts. Alisa joined HeartLand Emergency Services - National Emergency Services in 2006 as a Manager of Recruitment. Alisa was responsible for recruiting and contracting emergency department physicians and medical directors, as well as sales of emergency department staffing contracts. From 2009 to 2013, Alisa worked as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Gundaker, achieving over $2.5 million in closed sales volume within the first 18 months. Alisa then became a Consultant at Grant Cooper & Associates from February to September 2013 before joining PracticeLink as a Sales Account Manager in May 2014. At PracticeLink, they specialized in new account business development and represented various states, including California, Nevada, and Hawaii.

Alisa French obtained a Master's degree in Communication and Marketing from Saint Louis University, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, they also attained a certification in Persuasive Selling from LinkedIn in January 2020.
