Before joining PracticeLink, Soumya worked at Emerson for a significant period. Soumya Prakash held the position of Technical Services Manager from December 2015 to January 2019, where they were responsible for building and leading the Integration Platform Engineering service, providing high-tech consulting services in the field of Oracle Fusion Middleware. Soumya Prakash also led the Integration Platform Support service, ensuring 365*24*7 ITIL-based support for Oracle Middleware instances and handling a high volume of support tickets. Soumya played a key role in driving continuous improvements in tools and processes at Emerson and collaborated with Volthread LTD for developing a monitoring and operation solution for Oracle Middleware.

Prior to Emerson, Soumya worked at Wipro Technologies Limited as a Senior Project Engineer from June 2007 to July 2010. In this role, they gained experience as an Oracle Apps DBA/Oracle DBA, involved in tasks such as installing Oracle Application/Database instances, configuring and setting up databases and application servers, and upgrading Oracle Applications from Release 11i to 12.
