Kristopher Kinlen

Kristopher Kinlen has an extensive work history in the fields of product management, user experience, and design. Kristopher currently holds the position of Vice President of Product Management at PracticeTek since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of User Experience at Mercury Healthcare (formerly Healthgrades) from May 2022 to February 2023.

Before their role at Mercury Healthcare, Kristopher held the position of Director of User Experience at First Advantage from April 2018 to May 2022. In this role, they were responsible for building a user-centered design organization and implementing design systems and component libraries. Kristopher also championed accessibility, user research, and agile methods to drive product transformation.

Prior to First Advantage, Kristopher worked at Carestream Dental in various roles. Kristopher was a Director of Analysis & Design from January 2017 to April 2018, leading a team of product owners and user experience designers. Kristopher also served as the Director of User Experience Design from November 2011 to January 2017, overseeing a full-stack team of interaction and visual designers. During their time at Carestream Dental, they established pattern libraries and implemented user-centered and lean UX philosophies.

Kristopher's career began at Carestream Dental in 2004, where they initially worked as a Graphic Artist before transitioning to roles as a User Experience Analyst and Senior User Experience Analyst. Kristopher also worked as a US Lead Interaction Designer from 2010 to 2011. Prior to Carestream Dental, they owned their own design studio, Dimension 3 Studios, from 2002 to 2004.

Before entering the field of design, Kristopher worked as a Flash Designer and Graphic Artist at American Express from 2000 to 2002. Kristopher began their career as a Graphic Artist and Animator at The Media Lab, PBVS - PowerImages, from 1995 to 2000.

Overall, Kristopher Kinlen has a wealth of experience in product management, user experience, and design, with a strong focus on building effective design organizations and implementing user-centered methodologies.

Kristopher Kinlen attended The Art Institutes from 1997 to 1999, where they studied 3D Animation. In December 2017, they obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance.
