Sergio Andrés Molina has held a variety of roles since 2017. Sergio Andrés started as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where they published in Frontiers Media, Hidden Identities Shape Student Perceptions of Active Learning Environments. Sergio Andrés was also responsible for analysis and transcription of quantitative and qualitative data for 3 research projects and translated multiple presentations and research findings from English to Spanish. In 2019, they took on an internship as a Financial Representative Internship at Northwestern Mutual, where they built and developed financial advising practice and customized plans for over 30 prospective clients, managed client’s assets, and created the Intern Spanish Outreach Initiative as a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council. In 2017, they also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Mayo Clinic, where they curated an organization spreadsheet to track laboratory equipment across clinic departments and facilitated a smooth transition to company-wide software update to Epic Systems. In 2020, they joined Dragos, Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative and Business Development Representative, responsible for accounts in the North East US, based out of Dragos HQ. In 2023, they became a Partner Development Manager at Practicing Excellence.

Sergio Andrés Molina completed a Bachelor's degree at the University of Minnesota between 2016 and 2020. In 2016, they also completed a Med Post Program at the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine. In 2019, they obtained the Certified Professional, Life and Health Insurance Program (CPLHI) certification from the State of Minnesota.
