Katrina Cannon

Katrina Cannon (MCIPD) is an accomplished Change Management Consultant with extensive experience in various organizations, including Practicus, TPXimpact, and North Highland. Currently engaged in a digital transformation program at Practicus, Katrina has previously contributed to significant projects such as defining a new Target Operating Model for a large Civil Service client and supporting the UK Health Security Agency during its transition from Public Health England. With a strong background in human resources and organizational development, Katrina has held strategic roles in both public and private sectors, effectively driving change and achieving substantial cost savings. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Gloucestershire and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Business Studies from the University of Plymouth.
