Craig Miller

Craig Miller is the SVP, Membership & Accreditation at Practising Law Institute, Inc. Craig has extensive experience in sales and account management, having served in various leadership roles at ProQuest, Thomson IP Management Services, and Thomson Legal & Regulatory. Craig has a proven track record of driving transformational sales growth and building successful sales teams.

Craig Miller began their career in sales and account management at Thomson Legal & Regulatory in 2002. Craig quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Vice President and General Manager of Corporate Sales & Account Management in 2009. In this role, they oversaw all sales and account management activities for the company’s corporate clients.

In 2014, Craig Miller joined ProQuest as Global Head of Corporate Sales & Account Management. In this role, they led the global corporate market sales and account management team. Under their leadership, ProQuest achieved significant sales growth and became the premier provider of critical business information to key decision makers in law, pharma, finance, science, technology, and other industries.

Craig Miller joined Practising Law Institute, Inc. in 2018 as SVP, Membership & Accreditation. In this role, they are responsible for leading the membership and accreditation functions of the organization. Craig is also responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and diversify the membership base.

Craig Miller has a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts Magna Cum Laude in English Language and Literature from the University at Buffalo. Craig also has certification from Thomson Reuters in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and certification from the New York Bar in Member.

Craig Miller reports to Sharon L. Crane, President. They work with Joan Sternberg - SVP, Human Resources, Alan G. Cohen - Chief Business Officer, and Christopher Rousseau - Chief Information Officer.
