Igor Pirogov

Igor Pirogov has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as an IT Manager at Prada Group since December 2020. Prior to this role, Igor held the position of Country IT Manager at H&M from August 2012 to December 2020, where responsibilities included ensuring service continuity in retail trade and collaborating with the Head Office IT Department in Sweden. Igor's previous roles include Technical Team Lead at IBS Platformix and LANmanage Inc., where performance management of customer services was a primary focus. Igor also served as Service Desk Team Leader and Senior Helpdesk Technician at IT SERVICE Retail&Banking, managing service performance and client support, alongside earlier work as a Help Desk Specialist. Igor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Russian International Academy of Tourism between 2002 and 2007.
