Brett Basik

Brett Basik, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at PRADCO Outdoor Brands and holds multiple positions as Managing Partner at Dogwood Capital and Franchisee at Scenthound, all since June 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Banking Associate at Evercore from July 2018 to June 2021 and serving as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve from May 2012 to August 2020. Brett began their career as a Senior Accountant at EY from August 2012 to August 2016. Brett Basik holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business (2016-2018) and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Auburn University (2009-2012).
