Joren Tengesdal, M.A. is a Senior Management Consultant at PRADCO, specializing in talent management initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness. With extensive experience as a Doctoral Research & Development Associate at Good Leadership, Tengesdal has coached senior leaders in various industries, facilitated executive retreats, and developed leadership training programs. Previous roles also included serving as a Leadership Development Consultant at Lightbulb Leadership and as a University Course Instructor at The University of Akron. Tengesdal is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at The University of Akron, having already earned a Master of Arts in the same field and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Management, and Scandinavian Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College.
