Ruth DuBois-Earley, LPC, is a skilled management consultant and mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling, particularly with at-risk youth and families. Previous positions include family and adolescent mental health therapist at Ravenwood Health, where Ruth provided comprehensive therapeutic services, and school-based therapy intern at Bellefaire JCB, focusing on trauma processing in academic settings. Academic roles at John Carroll University include interim professor, where Ruth taught applied strategic learning, and academic coach, emphasizing student empowerment. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from John Carroll University, along with international study at the University of Galway.
