Suze Treacy,CAPM,CSM,SPC

Suze Treacy has extensive work experience in various roles and positions.

From 2017, Suze worked at Praecipio, where they started as a Senior Consultant. Suze then transitioned to the role of Solutions Architect in December 2018 and later became the Operations Manager in March 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Manager of Atlassian Solutions, starting from January 2021.

Prior to Praecipio, Suze worked at REPL Group from 2012. Suze started as an Applications Consultant at Royal Dutch Shell from August 2012 to December 2013, where they contributed to the implementation of RedPrairie (JDA) software. During this role, Suze also served as QA Lead, managing a lab with 4 POS systems. Suze then became a Senior Functional Consultant at REPL Group, working on projects for various clients, including Inenco Group and JDA WMS software implementation in Australia.

Before joining REPL Group, Suze gained experience at Westin Hotels & Resorts. From June 2011 to February 2012, they worked as a Front Office Management Trainee, where they cross-trained in various front office roles and contributed to improving guest relations and departmental operations through PowerPoint presentations and Excel document management.

Throughout their career, Suze has gained experience in project management, software implementation, solutions architecture, and operations management. Suze has also showcased proficiency in Atlassian Solutions, JDA WMS software, and RedPrairie (JDA) software.

Suze Treacy has a diverse and well-rounded education history. In 2006 to 2008, they attended Marlborough College. Although there is no specific mention of a degree or field of study, it can be inferred that they completed their pre-university education during this time. From 2007 to 2010, Suze pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Warwick, where they achieved a Second Class Honours, Upper Division (2:1). After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in the Les Roches International School of Hospitality Management from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Suze Treacy has obtained several professional certifications. In 2017, they became a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through the Project Management Institute. The same year, they also received certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance and as a SAFe 4 Certified Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. In 2020, Suze achieved the designation of Certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. Moreover, in 2017, they obtained the ACP-300 and ACP-400 certifications from Atlassian. These certifications demonstrate their expertise in project management, agile methodologies, and program consulting.
