Achala P. Shenoy, CSM has worked in various roles since 2017. In 2017, they worked as an Instructing Assistant at Kumon North America, Inc., where they assisted the instructor with grading and preparing students' work using MySQL, and proctored students placed in lower levels of the program. In 2019, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer Intern at ARKS: Self Driving Warehouse Carts, where they researched potential algorithms that could be implemented for the robot prototype and used Ubuntu/Linux for ROS and Gazebo for the robot's environment to navigate in real time. In 2020, they worked at Speckle as a Software Engineer and a Jr. Project Manager, where they were responsible for project management and front-end development of the cross-platform public speaking app, and utilized Agile and SCRUM methodologies to manage the engineering team. In 2021, they worked as a Technical Project Manager at Internet Brands, where they managed the company's growing catalog of diverse projects and company-owned websites. Currently, they are employed at Praedicat, Inc. as a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master.

Achala P. Shenoy began their educational journey at Van Nuys Senior High School from 2011 to 2015. Achala P. then transferred to Santa Monica College where they studied Computer Science from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC Irvine. In 2022, they obtained their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
