Julia Fuller Nakayama

Julia Fuller Nakayama is the Senior Vice President, Account Management at Praedicat and Head of Praedicat’s New York office. She brings over twenty years of experience in the P&C insurance industry and advising Fortune 500 clients in the financial services sector as a management consultant. She works with Praedicat’s (re)insurance clients to adopt and apply Praedicat analytics in innovative ways that advance their strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Praedicat, Julia was the Operations executive for AIG’s Global Casualty business, where she focused on developing and implementing new pricing tools and advanced analytic models with teams that spanned Actuarial, Data Science, Underwriting, and IT. While at AIG, Julia also led a global process excellence program and the Global Casualty Claims Operations team, where she oversaw the development and launch of a transformational claims technology platform. Prior to joining AIG, Julia was an engagement manager in the financial services practice of Mitchell Madison Group, a global management consultancy.

Julia received an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and a B.A. in History from Yale University.
