Aurélie Cohen

Aurélie Cohen currently serves as the Directrice générale for Produits et Développement at Praemia REIM, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Aurélie was a Board Member at Borsa Italiana from October 2023 to September 2025 and held the title of Chief Investor Relations and Communications Officer at Euronext from September 2017 to September 2025. In this capacity, Aurélie contributed to Group financial communication and managed relations with shareholders and institutional investors. Aurélie has also served on the board of IRCliff since June 2016 and was previously the Head of Investor Relations at Groupe ADP, recognized as one of the top European investor relations professionals in the transport sector. Aurélie began the professional career at EY as an Audit & TAS Senior Consultant after completing an MBA at ESSEC Business School and an exchange program at Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi'.
