Eddie Hodges has a diverse work experience spanning over 27 years. Eddie began their career in the US Navy as a Dental Technician from February 1994 to September 1996. Eddie then moved into the private sector and joined Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. in 1998. There, they served as an Accuracy Control Manager, overseeing dimensional control efforts in multiple gulf coast shipyards until 2010.

In 2010, Eddie transitioned to NOVACES, where they worked as a Continuous Process Improvement Consultant and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant. Eddie facilitated and mentored military personnel to acquire Black Belt Certification through the DoD AIRSpeed Initiative, focusing on flight readiness improvements by reducing maintenance and repair time.

Eddie then joined Rexnord in 2011 as a Quality Manager until October 2012, before moving on to National Oilwell Varco in 2013. At National Oilwell Varco, they initially served as a Project Manager before being promoted to Operations Manager in April 2015. In this role, Eddie provided management and direction for the design and project management of oil & gas process equipment fabrication until March 2017.

From March 2017 to February 2018, Eddie worked at Metal Shark Boats as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing projects in the marine industry. In 2018, they joined Praeses as a Project Manager, later transitioning into the roles of Program Manager and Associate Director PMO, where they currently spearhead various projects and oversees the program management office.
