Mahtab Uz Zaman Chowdhury is the current SEVP of Re-Insurance at Pragati Insurance Limited. Prior to this, they were with the same company in a different position.

Mahtab Uz Zaman Chowdhury attended BAF SHAHEEN SCHOOL, DHAKA for their schooling. They then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from Jahangirnagar University. They followed this up with another Master's degree in Political Science and Government from Jahangirnagar University. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) & M.S.S from Jahangir Nagor University, Savar, Dhaka in the field of Government and Politics.

Their manager is Syed Sehab Ullah Al-Manjur, CEO. Mahtab Uz Zaman Chowdhury works with M.A. Hassan - Deputy Managing Director & In-charge, Nasir Uddin - SVP & Head, Internal Audit, and Kabir Ahmed - Assistant Managing Director.
