Karen Kerby

Karen Kerby, CPA, is an experienced audit partner and financial services practice leader at Prager Metis CPAs since November 2018, specializing in consulting and auditing hedge and private equity funds, and establishing Prager Metis (Cayman) as an authorized auditor for offshore funds. Prior to this role, Karen served as a principal at Untracht Early from August 2003 to October 2018, leading the firm's fund administration practice and focusing on audits of investment partnerships. Earlier experiences include being a business development specialist at Northport Partnership Management, LLC from 2000 to 2003, an accounting manager at Rothstein Kass from 1992 to 2000, a fund accountant at Caxton Associates from 1988 to 1992, and an accountant at Merrill Lynch from 1983 to 1988. Karen holds a BS in Business Management from Bucknell University, completed in 1983, following graduation from Liberty High School in 1979.
