Tara D. Bechstein

Tara Bechstein is a Senior Tax Manager at Prager Metis, a member of Prager Metis International. She has been in the accounting profession since 2006.

Tara provides tax consulting and compliance services to businesses, individuals, and family offices. Tara’s specific areas of focus include tax planning for pass-through business entities (partnerships and S corporations) and tax minimization strategies for real estate partnerships. She extends her services to business owners and their families, assisting with family wealth planning, gifts, and trusts to reduce tax liabilities and increase wealth.

In the past, Tara has provided compliance services to privately-held businesses and individuals. She has also served middle market commercial real estate businesses and family offices.

Prior to joining Prager Metis, Tara was a Senior Tax Manager at Blair, Bohlé & Whitsitt PLLC, which combined with Prager Metis in January 2021.
