Daniel Johns

Daniel Johns has a diverse work experience in account management and client success roles. Daniel is currently the Head of Account Management at ARRIS powering Pragmatic Play. Prior to this, they held the same position at Pragmatic Play, where they also served as a Senior Account Manager/Team Lead. Daniel has a proven track record of driving growth and delivering exceptional portfolio growth. Before joining Pragmatic Play, they worked at eVestment as the Head of Client Success - EMEA, where they led the EMEA Client Success team and was responsible for driving revenue growth and managing key accounts. Daniel also held the role of Account Manager - EMEA at eVestment, where they managed at-risk clients and achieved high retention rates. Daniel's earlier experience includes working as an Analyst in Client Service at eVestment and as an Account Manager at McGgregor Boyall Associates, where they focused on new business development and placing high-caliber candidates in the financial services industry.

Daniel Johns attended Anglia Ruskin University from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Business Management at the Business School. Daniel obtained a BA Hons in their chosen field of study.
