Rachel Kohler

Rachel Kohler has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and user experience. In their most recent position, they are currently the Head of User Experience at Pragmatic Play. Prior to that, Rachel worked as a Product Management Consultant at Alshaya Group and as the Director of Product at KingMakers. Rachel also held the position of Head of Product & Engineering at Betsson Group and Head of Product at Game Lounge Group. Rachel has experience as a Product Owner at Mr Green Online Casino and as a Product Management Consultant at Peppy Pals. Additionally, they served as a Product Development Manager at Future Path Finders Pty Ltd and as a Founding Partner at EKO Solutions. Rachel began their career as a Junior Product Manager at Tipico. Rachel Kohler has a diverse education history. In 2018, they attended The Wharton School for a Gamification degree. In 2023 and 2024, they obtained a Professional Diploma in UX Design from ICE Malta. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, Rachel pursued a Masters of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Lastly, from 2011 to 2014, they completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Natural Sciences at Western Washington University. Additionally, they hold certifications including a Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from Scrum Alliance in 2018, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt - Process Improvement from Aveta Business School in 2009.
