Gavin B. Jones

Gavin B. Jones is a seasoned engineer specializing in the semiconductor and electronics fields, currently serving as a Semiconductor Test Engineer at PragmatIC since January 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Printed Electronics Device Scientist at SmartKem Limited from May 2014 to December 2018, and an EPSRC Industrial CASE PhD Studentship at Merck between September 2010 and March 2014. Earlier in his career, Jones worked as an Electrical Technician at Micro Materials Ltd from January 2008 to October 2008. Academically, Jones holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organic Electronics from the University of Warwick, a Master of Science (MSc) in Micro and Nano Technology from the University of Liverpool, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Leeds.
