Poornima Sathyanarayana

Poornima Sathyanarayana has had a progressive career in recruiting and staffing. Poornima began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at PACE Staffing Network in February 2010, where they were responsible for updating and designing new recruiting procedures. In October 2011, they joined Kforce Inc as a Recruiting Manager, focusing on hiring qualified employees to meet the company's needs. In July 2013, they joined Robert Half as a Senior Staffing Manager, a role they held until March 2016. During this time, they gained experience in managing staffing operations. Since April 2016, they have been serving as the Director of Recruiting at Pragna Technologies.

Poornima Sathyanarayana pursued their education in the field of Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Washington. Poornima enrolled in the Master's degree program and attended the university from 2008 to 2010.
