Joan Walters

Joan Walters has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as a part-time Staff RN in Med/Surg and ER at Prague Community Hospital since August 2014, while also holding the position of CEO at the same institution since 2004. With a career at Prague Community Hospital starting in 1977, Joan has held various roles including Chief Nursing Officer, Safety Officer, QA/PI Coordinator, and Infection Control Officer until 2004. Prior to the current CEO role, Joan was the CEO of RCHA Consolidated, Inc. and also served as President of the Oklahoma Rural Health Association from 2010 to 2013. Educational qualifications include an MSN in Nursing/Management from the University of Phoenix, a BSN from Bartlesville Wesleyan College, and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Seminole State College.
