Sara Vaezy

Sara Vaezy is currently the Co-Founder and Board Director of Praia Health. Sara holds various executive roles at Providence, including EVP, Chief Strategy and Digital Officer. Sara is also an advisor at Windham Venture Partners and Springboard Enterprises. Sara serves on the board of NCQA and is a Co-Founder and Board Observer at DexCare. Additionally, Sara is a Health Evolution Forum Fellow at Health Evolution and the Co-Founder of Yeah Boy at Seattle Sauce Company. Sara was a member of the Inaugural Class at Frist Cressey Collective and part of the Center for Health Innovation Leadership Council at the American Hospital Association. Sara holds a MPH in Health Policy, a MHA in Healthcare Administration, and a B.A. in Physics and Philosophy.
