Dan DeLap has more than 30 years of work experience, beginning in 1990 as an Aerospace Engineer at Naval Aviation Depot. Dan then transitioned into investment banking, working as a Senior Analyst at McGladrey Capital Markets LLC from 2004 to 2007, and later as a Vice President at D.A. Davidson & Co from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, they joined P&M Corporate Finance - PMCF as a Vice President before moving to their current role as Vice President at Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc. in 2017. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises, financial analysis, and market research.
Dan DeLap earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1985 to 1989. Dan furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from San Diego State University, attending from 2000 to 2003.
