Timothy Witt

Timothy Witt, CFA has extensive work experience in investment banking, ESOP advisory, and valuation services. Timothy worked as a Managing Director at Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc. since January 2007. At Prairie, Timothy led numerous sale, merger, acquisition, ESOP, and financing transactions for middle-market companies. Prior to that, they worked as a Director at The Oak Tree Group, LLC from 2003 to 2007 and as a Vice President at Bank One Corporation from 1996 to 2002.

Timothy Witt, CFA, has a strong education background in finance. Timothy earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Following that, Timothy pursued an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1995 to 1998. In addition to their academic achievements, Timothy holds several important certifications in the finance industry, including the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and the Series 24, Series 63, and Series 79 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
