Yanyun Huang

Yanyun Huang serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Diagnostics at Prairie Diagnostic Services Inc. since June 2013, with responsibilities including conducting necropsies and surgical biopsies on various animal types. In previous roles, Yanyun Huang acted as Interim CEO and Associate Director of Diagnostics, focusing on team coordination, staff management, and enhancing client relationships to establish Prairie Diagnostic Services as a leading laboratory in western Canada. Additionally, Yanyun Huang holds the position of Lead Diagnostician in Research, Learning and Discovery at the Department of Veterinary Pathology, University of Saskatchewan, and is an Adjunct Professor there. Yanyun Huang's academic credentials include a PhD in Swine Diseases and Health and multiple degrees in Veterinary Pathology and Veterinary Medicine from the University of Saskatchewan and South China Agricultural University.
