Joe Belcaster

Joe Belcaster is currently the Director of Athletics at Prairie State College since January 2022. Prior to this role, Joe worked as the Director of Intercollegiate & Intramural Athletics at City Colleges of Chicago-Richard J Daley College from March 2020 to December 2021. Before that, Joe was the Director of the Office of Admissions and Records/Registrar at Morton College. Joe also has previous experience as an Assistant Athletic Director and Assistant Branch Manager at Hertz. Joe holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Sports Management from Concordia University Chicago and a BSB-Management in Sports Management from DePaul University. Joe attended Morton West High School.
