Raynetta A. Stansil

Dr. Raynetta Stansil, DHA, MHA, ST, CRCST, CIS, CER, CHL, SME, serves as the Director of Sterile Processing for Surgical Services at the University of Illinois Chicago since January 2024. Dr. Stansil is also the President of Stansil & Sons Junk Removal and the Chief Operating Officer of HealthHires, alongside being the Chief Executive Officer of Stansil Consulting, LLC since 2015. Additionally, Dr. Stansil has contributed as an independent healthcare consultant for GLG and as an adjunct instructor for perioperative nursing and sterile processing at Prairie State College. Previous roles include Sterile Processing Manager at Methodist Hospitals and Clinical Educator at Surgical Solutions, LLC. Dr. Stansil holds a Doctoral degree in Healthcare Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg, as well as a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor’s in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix.
