The Human Resources and Operations team at Prairie View, Inc. is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization's various locations. This includes recruitment, employee relations, training, and development, as well as ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant regulations and policies. The team works collaboratively to maintain an inclusive and respectful workplace environment that supports Prairie View’s mission of providing faith-based, compassionate mental health services.
