Mark McCaslin

Mark McCaslin has extensive experience in law enforcement and management, currently serving as Service Manager at PrairieLand Partners, LLC since May 2019. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Police Captain at the Arkansas City Police Department from August 2012 to May 2019, including a tenure as Police Captain at Arkansas City Police from May 2013 to February 2019 before retirement. Mark's education includes completing the FBI National Academy in 2016 and earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Central Christian College of Kansas in 2013.
