Sanghamitra Bhattacharya has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Sanghamitra began their career as a Software Engineer Trainee at Infosys in 2007. Sanghamitra then worked as a Design Engineer (Process) at CFI Technologies Pvt. Ltd, where they were responsible for tasks such as preparing mass and heat balances and designing steam and condensate networks.

In 2010, Sanghamitra joined Helios Design and Engineering Pvt Ltd as a Process Engineer, where they specialized in P&ID preparation, equipment sizing, and calculations for tanks, vessels, pumps, and heat exchangers.

Sanghamitra continued their career at Voith Paper Technology (India) Limited as a Senior Executive-FES Engineering, undergoing comprehensive training in Paper Technology and being involved in the preparation of PFDs and P&IDs.

Sanghamitra then joined Punj Lloyd Limited in 2012 as a Senior Engineer - Offshore, where they served as a Package Manager for pipeline projects, coordinated with vendors, and handled project management activities.

In the same year, they also worked at IOT Design & Engineering Limited as a Junior Manager - Process.

Starting from 2013, Sanghamitra worked at GS E&C for over five years as a Principal Process Engineer and Functional Manager. Sanghamitra played a key role as an Area Lead Engineer for various units in the STAR Project, including Naphtha and Kerosene Hydrotreating Units, Instrument Air System, and Steam Generation System. Sanghamitra was involved in detail engineering activities and proposal work for the project.

In 2018, Sanghamitra joined Samsung Engineering as a Senior Process Engineer, where they contributed their expertise in process engineering until 2020.

Since 2020, they have been working at Praj Industries, initially as a Business Development Manager and then as a Senior Business Development Manager.
