Prakruthi Trust is a survivor‑centred organisation working across India to ensure girls grow up safe, seen, and supported. Founded in 1992, our work is rooted in compassion, community partnership, and trauma‑informed care.

We walk alongside girls and survivors as they heal, rebuild confidence, and shape their own futures. Our approach is calm, respectful, and strength‑based — always protecting dignity, choice, and confidentiality.

What We Do

• Prevent harm through community engagement and local vigilance • Provide trauma‑informed counselling and healing‑based aftercare • Support education, life skills, and pathways to independence • Build survivor leadership and long‑term reintegration • Strengthen care systems through collaboration and capacity building

How We Work

We believe healing is a journey, not a moment. Our programs integrate emotional wellbeing, safety, learning, and belonging — creating steady pathways from protection to confidence and opportunity. We partner closely with communities, caregivers, and institutions to build environments where girls are protected and supported for life.

Our Values

• Come from love • Be present and peaceful • Create beauty with purpose • Act with courage and possibility • Enjoy the work while building lasting change

At Prakruthi, our work is not charity — it is dignity, justice, and care in action. Every girl deserves a safe life, and we are committed to building it together.
