Denis Percheron

Denis Percheron is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Owner of Argol-Ardis Services since May 2011, Denis also holds the position of Conseil Expert at Pramex International since December 2017, providing consulting in finance management. Denis is a Partner at Upside Advisory since May 2013 and has previously served as General Manager of Groupe TCV and CFO at multiple organizations, including Worms Management Services and Cerruti. Early career highlights include the role of Corporate Controller post-merger at Wagon Automotive in the UK, and positions as CFO for Oxford Automotive and ADT Continental Europe, which encompassed responsibilities across multiple countries. Denis holds an MBA in Finance from ESSEC Business School and completed a corporate executive program at Harvard Business School in 1994.
