Jérôme Dupas

Jerome Dupas possesses extensive experience in corporate finance and management, currently serving as Managing Director M&A and a member of the management board at Pramex International since January 2012. Jerome has held various leadership positions, including a board member and president of both the Remuneration and Nomination committee and the Audit committee at METEX since October 2009. Previous roles include Managing Director of Corporate Finance at BNP Paribas, Head of CFCM France at BNP Paribas Fortis, and Director at PPMVentures. Jerome also led an international team as Managing Director at HSBC Investment Bank, focusing on M&A and IPOs in the tech sector. Educational qualifications include an MBA from ESSEC Business School and an engineering degree in Robotics from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
