Russ Hiser

Russ Hiser is a seasoned supply chain leader with extensive experience in sourcing, production, and quality management. Currently serving as the Director of Sourcing and Manufacturing at prAna since May 2022, Russ oversees senior supply chain functions. Prior experience at Nike spanned a decade, where roles included Apparel Responsive MFG Director and Liaison Office Director in China, managing comprehensive supplier relationships and leading cross-functional teams. Earlier positions included Senior Supply Chain Manager at Oracle and various roles at Sun Microsystems. Academically, Russ holds a BS in Accounting from Wilkes University, a Master's in International Management from Portland State University, and a diploma in Executive Business Development from Stanford University. Additionally, Russ served as Treasurer for the Portland Chapter of APICS from 2006 to 2007.
