Jake Depner

Jake Depner is currently serving as a PL & FP Designer at Prater Engineering since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jake held the position of Area Manager II at Amazon from April 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included managing over 100 direct hourly associates, leading safety initiatives, and achieving optimal processing metrics. Jake also excelled as Area Manager I, consistently achieving top rankings in operational throughput and participating in significant process improvements. Earlier experience includes a role as a Hardlines Team Member at Target from October 2017 to March 2021. Jake holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering Technology from The University of Toledo, completed in May 2020.
