Gavin joined Prater Ltd in 2006 as Client Relationship Director. In 2009 Gavin became Pre-Construction Director, responsible for both sales and management of the design team of 60 employees.
Gavin was appointed as Managing Director for Prater Ltd in January 2015 and Lindner Facades Ltd in 2020, now heading the Lindner UK envelope provider, Lindner Prater Ltd.
