Richard originally joined Prater Ltd in 2009 as a Design Manager and has been instrumental in establishing their engineered facade capability.
After taking on other leadership roles within the industry, Richard returned to Lindner Prater Ltd in 2021 as Associate Design Director and was appointed Design Director in 2022.
He spent 15 years working with Parry Bowen where he developed his skills relating to the technical delivery of all facade types, including unitised facades.
He has been involved with the design of some of the country's most prestigious buildings and has over 30 years’ experience as a specialist sub-contractor.
