Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at PRATHAM Test Prep since January 2023, Khushboo previously held the same position at EduMENTOR Educational Services Pvt Ltd from November 2016 to November 2022, where responsibilities included campus recruitment across India, managing end-to-end hiring processes, vendor management, and contributing to organizational planning. Prior roles include Assistant Manager Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Specialist, with earlier experience as a Lead Recruiter at Multicareers recruitment. Khushboo holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
