Karan Kapadia

Karan Kapadia is the Founder and CEO of GuestSpaces Vacation Rentals, a boutique vacation rental and management firm operating luxury properties in Austin, TX, since 2013. Karan also serves as a Board Member for Pratham USA and as a Founding Member of Buena Vista Angels, an angel group based in Houston, TX. Previously, Karan founded and served as Managing Principal at Segura Capital, a real estate investment firm specializing in various property sectors in Texas. Karan has extensive experience in asset management from Virtus Real Estate Capital and has held various strategic and analytical roles at Ernst & Young, Deloitte, and KPMG. Karan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
