Karthik Menon

Karthik Menon has diverse work experience in the education sector. Karthik started in 2011 as a Summer Trainee at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy, where they conducted quantitative research and worked on public policy projects. In 2012, they joined Eduvisors as an Analyst, leading data-driven consulting projects in the K12 and higher education sector. Karthik later became an Associate Consultant, managing end-to-end client engagements and delivering project presentations. Since 2016, Karthik has been working at Pratham Education Foundation, where they hold multiple roles. Karthik has served as a Measurement, Monitoring, and Evaluation Associate, a Senior Associate, and currently as the Co-Lead of the measurement, monitoring, and evaluation team. In this position, they focus on making data readily available to decision-makers and building stakeholders' capabilities to derive insights and plan interventions.

Karthik Menon received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Delhi University from 2006 to 2009. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they obtained a Master's degree in Applied Economics through a full-time on-campus program in collaboration with Madras School of Economics at Indira Gandhi National Open University.
