Pranay Bhalerao's work experience starts in 2018 with a role as a Recruiter at Madyoasis Medical Services Pvt Ltd. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at SM Technomine, Inc. In 2020, they joined Flexisales Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Recruitment Executive, where they remained until 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they worked at Aretove Technologies as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pratiti Technologies, starting in 2023.
